How long is the party entertainment?

You book us for a 2 hour party, which generally breaks down as the first hour of entertainment, followed by approx. half an hour where you serve food / cake and then we provide a second phase of entertainment for the final half an hour to best manage the post food activity, have further structure and activities and so the party ends on a high note for the children.

Is there a limit to the number of children?

Due to the interactive nature of our parties, ideally the maximum number is 30 children. However we can be flexible and if you require more children speak to us as we can look at options such as having an additional performer and additional props.

What does the package entertainment cost include?

The cost includes your party host / performer (may be more than one depending on which theme you are having), all AV equipment, props and resources for all games and challenges, craft resource if applicable for your theme. Some of the themes involve a balloon giveaway of similar; whether this is applicable depends on the different themes as they vary slightly. It also includes VAT, so there will not be any additional, unexpected costs.

Can you provide food or party bags?

Yes we have additional options for food and party bags. If you contact us with numbers and requirements we can provide information and costs. Our standard costs are £4 per head for food boxes and £4 per head for themed party bags.

Is my party host DBS checked?

Yes all our performers have up to date DBS documentation and have been carefully recruited and trained to ensure the highest level of entertainment provided and customer satisfaction is paramount; both for children and parents!  We pride ourselves on professional standards to the highest level.

Do you have insurances?

We have full, necessary business insurances including public liability and employers liability. Documentation copies can be seen on request.

What happens if the party host due to deliver my party is sick?

We have a team of performers and so will always make sure a replacement performer can deliver your party so you are not left high and dry! We have never let a customer down yet and don’t intend to!

What areas do you cover?

Get in touch with your location and we will advise if we have a team who can cover your area? If you are out of direct area of one of our teams we may still be able to do your party but it may incur additional travel expenses.

What is the process for booking?

Contact us by email to check availability. We will discuss specifics with you about your party details. If your date and time is available we will send you an invoice for a non refundable deposit of £50 to secure the date and time. We will contact you a week before the party to confirm all arrangements. At this point we will send you an invoice for the balance payment and this will need to be paid prior to the party.

Invoices can be settled via direct BACs transfer or with credit / debit card online, which a link will be sent to you to make payment this way.
