Your troop can join Santa and his festive friends for an amazing festive adventure from their home….
Santa will host an amazing Christmas event that will kick December off for your troop with all the jolliness that your kids deserve, even more than ever this year!
What does the event include?
🎄 Interactive fun with Santa, Tiny the Elf, Ruby Skip the Reindeer and Jolly Shivers the Snowman.
🎄Elf skills & the Elf March song and Routine
🎄Santa’s interactive Christmas Quiz
🎄Treasure hunt hosted live by Santa, including riddles and word puzzle for the children to complete together live
🎄Shout outs for your troops; adults can interact live on the feed and Santa will respond live to comments and do shout outs.
How does it work?
You can join the live broadcast via a private facebook group or youtube link; this will be a private link only available to troops who have registered and so is fully safeguarded.
You simply register your troop and you will receive a PDF with all the details you need to give to your parents to enable the children to join.
The parents register and then they will receive all the links for the treasure hunt resources and facebook group link that enables them to join. This reduces your administration work for the event and ensures all your parents receive all the information they need. We will also send them a reminder the day before.
The private Facebook group is a place where your parents can share photos and feedback from the event too so that your troop can see each others fun and activity afterward.
During the live broadcast the leaders / parents can type into the live stream and these comments will be fed to Santa live in his ear and he will respond to some of them and do live shout outs to your troops. The broadcast that the children watch should be opened on full screen so they cannot see these comments.
What happens in the event?
🎅 The event will start with Santa introducing his festive friends; Tiny Elf, Jolly Shivers the Snowman and Ruby Skip the Reindeer
🎅 They will teach the children the Elf March March and the Snowman anthem!
🎅 They will learn the Reindeer skip routine
🎅 Santa will then run the treasure hunt game.
Parents will have hidden the clue points around the home prior to the event starting (we provide 2 options; one for printing or one set that can be drawn / traced if parents don’t have access to a printer, so everyone can take part)
Santa gives a festive riddle which he asks them to solve with him and then they have a minute timer to find the corresponding clue in their house. The adults use the feed to interact and tell him when the kids are back and where they find them so he does shout outs congratulating them on their finds!
🎅 After the treasure hunt, Santa will congratulate them (there is an option to present them with certificates too) and will do more festive games and fun including his Christmas Quiz!
Cost information:
£50 per troop (you can have as many children as in your troop on for that cost)

Wednesday 2nd December 6.30pm – 7.30pm
