Privacy Policy

Last revised: 30 October 2026

1. Who This Policy Covers

This notice explains what WonderAdventures does with personal information collected through wonderadventures.co.uk, including every casino review, payment guide and service page published on it. Reading it should take a few minutes and tell you three things: what we hold, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.

2. Who Controls Your Data

For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, the controller is WonderAdventures, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

Registered office:
Kings House
32-40 Widmore Road
Bromley, London
BR1 1RY
United Kingdom
+44 20 3984 6721

Written enquiries about this notice can also go to [email protected], and we aim to reply within one working day.

3. What We Collect

Two categories, and the second is considerably larger than the first.

3.1 Information You Hand Over

If you email us, report an inaccurate payout figure or submit a correction, we hold whatever you choose to include — typically a name, an email address and the contents of the message. Nothing on this site requires registration, and we never ask for payment details, card numbers or identity documents under any circumstances.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

Visiting the site generates technical data: an IP address, approximate region, device and browser type, the referring page, and which pages were opened. This arrives through cookies and analytics software rather than from anything you type. Analytics cookies are set only where consent has been given; strictly necessary cookies that keep the site working are set regardless, as the regulations permit.

4. Why We Use It

Each use rests on a lawful basis, named here alongside it:

  • Answering correspondence and handling corrections — our legitimate interest in running an accurate site
  • Measuring which pages are read and where readers arrive from — consent, given through analytics cookies
  • Keeping the site secure and investigating misuse — legitimate interest
  • Meeting legal, accounting and regulatory obligations — legal obligation
  • Sending occasional updates — consent only, withdrawable at any time by email or through the unsubscribe link

We do not profile readers for advertising, and we do not use personal data to make automated decisions that affect anyone.

5. Who Sees It

Your information is never sold or rented. It is shared only in these situations:

  • Service providers acting on our instructions — hosting, email delivery, analytics and security — each bound by a written processing agreement
  • Professional advisers such as accountants and solicitors, where a matter requires it
  • A buyer or successor entity, should the business or its assets change hands
  • Public authorities, where disclosure is required by law or needed to establish or defend a legal claim

Some providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, transfers rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement, so the protections travel with the data.

6. How Long We Keep It

Correspondence is retained for two years from the last message in a thread and then deleted. Analytics records are held in aggregated form for fourteen months. Anything kept for legal or accounting reasons is retained for the period the relevant law specifies and no longer.

7. Your Rights

Under UK data protection law you may:

  • Ask what we hold about you, and receive a copy of it
  • Have inaccurate information corrected
  • Request erasure where we no longer have a reason to keep it
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, processing based on legitimate interests
  • Receive the data you gave us in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out

Requests go to the address in section 2 and are answered within one month. We may first ask for enough information to confirm who you are. If the outcome does not satisfy you, a complaint can be made to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

8. Security and External Links

We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the limited data we hold, including encrypted transport and restricted internal access. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed, so anything sent to us travels at your own risk. The site also links to casino operators and support organisations that run their own policies; once you follow such a link this notice no longer applies, and we are not responsible for how those sites handle your information.

9. Changes to This Notice

Any revision appears on this page under a new date at the top. Material changes to how we use personal data will be announced on the site, and by email where we hold an address for that purpose. The date shown above is the authoritative version.
